Conduct

You agree:

Resolution and Jurisdiction

2) One Off Press Books has full and final editorial rights as to what is accepted to be a Book, and the art, images of the art, and text (Art) that is included in the Book.

3) By submitting Art for the Book, you (Artist) are asserting that:

a) You are the creator of the Art.

b) You have not infringed on someone else's copyright.

c) You have the capacity and right to submit the Art for publication.

d) You agree to these terms and conditions.

4) You retain your copyright for the Art, and text if written by you; and you grant One-Off Books the right to publish your Art in a Book as outlined in these terms.

5) One-Off Press may use any of the Art on the Site or in public relations, marketing, or advertising media.

6) While distribution opportunities may arise, One-Off Press makes no representations, neither explicit nor implicit, as to distribution or merchantability.

7) One-Off Press will publish the Book:

a) We will design and prepare the Art for publication: however, if the Art needs work beyond normal preparation (e.g. resizing, curves, levels, sharpening) we will notify you. We will indicate what needs to be done and we will give a quote. You may make the corrections yourself, have them done, or have One-Off Press do them.

b) We will assign the book an ISBN.

c) Amazon and Create Space will list the Book; although we have no control over Amazon and CreateSpace.

d) We will put the Book on the Site.

8) A royalty of $2 per book sold will be paid quarterly to the Artist: no royalty will be paid to the Artist for books purchased by the Artist from One-Off Press. See Pricing Chart.

9) The Artist may purchase Books directly from One-Off Press. See Pricing Chart.

10) Returns for defective books are the responsibility of the customer, who must contact CreateSpace: https://www.createspace.com/Contact.jsp

11) If the you want to end this agreement you may do so at any time in writing with a certified, return receipt, letter.
